He Yusen (b.1995), born in Tainan, Taiwan, received his MFA in Sculpture from the Central Academy of Fine Arts and his BFA in Sculpture from the National Taiwan University of Arts. He currently lives and works in Taipei.

His practice focuses on the relationship between materials and forms. By engaging with the processes of liquefaction and solidification of fluid substances, he explores the potential of sculptural materials and forms. Attentive to the randomness and uncertainty inherent in the material world, he seeks to find a balance between nature and the artificial, continuously expanding the language of sculpture through his unique perspective.
